I believe I mentioned something last night about doing a One Card Draw today. So, here it is. General I'm legally obligated to make the note that readings are for entertainment purposes only, not to be taken as serious legal, medical, etc. advice, instruction, substitute for professional consultation, I'm not responsible for what you do with it, etc. etc., you all know the drill I'm sure. apply: One question, one card (today we are using the Tarot). Donations appreciated. Today's window will be from now until 11 o'clock tonight.

Edit: And now we are closed for the night. Thank you, all!

The Ace of Wands practically demanded to be chosen, nearly flinging itself out of the deck to make sure that it was picked. This is quite in keeping with it's character; that of exuberance and fire. The Aces are an interesting "set", as they are essentially unformed energy, each with their own element. The Ace of Wands' element is that of fire. It is creativity, passion, and excitement. It is NOT a passive card, but one that demands it be met in kind.

If there has been something you've been wanting to do or try, but have been on the fences about it, I'd say this card is doing the equivalent of someone standing in the driveway with the keys in hand, about the embark on some grand adventure or another, and looking at you asking "Well? Are you coming?" (Okay, it might be also trying to throw your suitcase in the car and stuff you in the seat while it's doing it...it's a little pushy that way. ;) )

So you do! For you, the King of Swords, who balances strength and morality: does he use his sword to dispense justice, or does he stay his hand in mercy? By his shoulders, the ravens whisper of all they have seen under the sun, while the owl brings the quiet wisdoms spoken beneath the moon as his council. The King is a leader, and this one, more than any other, concerns himself strongly with truth and maintaining balance and order.

There are many things going on, and it is easy to be drowned by the tide of new experiences and territories. The King of Swords teaches, in his quiet way, that if things get a little too overwhelming, to find a calm place where you can regroup and listen for the soft voice of the Owl. Then, when you have determined your course, you may act from a place of balance.

Hmmmm

Wolfy and I are house hunting. It is going sluggish. Found a Foreclosed property in her town that looks promising. What is the potential surrounding this venture?

The King of Wands strides proudly from the deck, confidence and assurance radiating from him. He is bold, and unafraid to strike out on new paths and take chances on risky ventures. Like the pride of lions who walk beside him, he is fierce in going after what he desires.

Given the circumstances, I'd say that things seem favorable, but that they require a determined, bold approach. You know what you want, go get it.
