spiralngphoenixI forgot that I detest dealing with Sallie Mae. To request a deferment on my loan payments, I have the option of going online. Of course, it's been a long time, and I no longer have the information for my online account. So I have to do the "Forgot ID" thing. This response epitomizes why I dislike them....
