It's a very lovely bridge. It has perhaps a touch more character than any brand new structure should be allowed to, and the town's obsession with it (combined with how amazingly creepy it looks on misty nights) make it something that Lovecraft would be having absolute fits over.
I'm festering for the next misty night so I can attempt to get a picture of it. ;)
