I think I'm finally learning to give in and accept my inner misanthrope. I've spent too many years wasting my time and energy hoping that humans are worth the effort, but really, the species is a wash. There are the exceptions, of course, but the species overall? Cleanse it with fire.

Also? I seriously wish it was acceptable to beat manners and civility into people. Maybe the threat of a good thrashing will get a few of them to shut their mouths.

We decided that, despite our glowing review last Friday, we decided your candidate didn't properly communicate an answer to us, so we're going with someone from a different agency. Also, we're not going to tell you what said communication issue was, so that they can NOT do it in the future.
