Yeah, there's a reason New England isn't exactly known for being a high-fashion region. Our idea of winter fashion isn't so much "Wow, you look gorgeous!" but "Wow, you look warm!" I'll admit that I rarely wear hats, but it's more because I really dislike having things on my head, so I'll only put one on when it's REALLY miserable out. Yesterday? I wore my hat.
